Refunds and returns
Your happiness is my number 1 priority, so if for any reason you are not happy with you purchase please contact me immediately and we will discuss a solution. Email firstname.lastname@example.org or reach out via my Contact form. *Please note, social media messages are not accepted as a method of contact to discuss refunds and returns.
Please read item descriptions carefully before purchase. No refunds or returns will be accepted for change of mind or failure to read the item description.
Refunds will only be issued for faulty items. 'Faulty' does not include damage caused by improper use or rough treatment. If you believe your item is faulty on receipt, please contact me immediately to discuss. Faulty items must be return posted in their entirety within 7 days of receiving, unworn and in original packaging. Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received by Bexie Accessory Co.
A return postage paid label will be provided to you.
I will not be held liable for loss or damage to your order occurring after it has been posted or while it is in transit to you. Please contact Australia Post directly to discuss such matters.
Due to most items being one of a kind or limited in quantity, I generally do not offer exchanges or replacements.
