Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy
Change of mind returns & exchanges
We offer change of mind returns &/or exchanges within 60 days of placing your order. Please read item descriptions and measurements carefully before purchasing.
Change of mind includes:
- you changed your mind after purchase
- you have decided you no longer want the item
- you did not read the item description thoroughly, including sizing/measurements
- you ordered the wrong size
- you made accidental errors when placing your order (eg. wrong item, quantity, size or colour selected)
If you choose to return &/or exchange your item/s for any of the above reasons, the cost to ship the return items back to us is at your expense.
Returns &/or exchanges incur a 10% restocking fee. This fee covers our handling & processing of your return/exchange.
For exchanges, the cost for us to ship the exchange item back to you is $10, payable by you.
We only offer exchange for the same item, in a different size or colour. We do not offer exchange for a different item.
For a change of mind return &/or exchange to be accepted, the item must be:
- unworn
- in original/as new condition
- in original packaging if possible
We cannot accept jewellery for return if it has been worn, due to hygiene reasons.
Faulty items
Our items come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Bexie Accessory Co offers a Quality Guarantee on all Surgical Steel jewellery. This covers breakage or faults caused by manufacturing defects.
This Guarantee does not cover loss or damage caused by improper use, incorrect care, or rough treatment after you have received your items. Please refer to our Care Instructions for guidance on caring for your jewellery.
If you believe your jewellery is faulty and not fit for use, you may submit your issue by emailing hello@bexieaccessoryco.com.au with:
- a description of the fault
- clear photos of the fault
- your order number
If your item is assessed as faulty, you may choose either:
- a refund for the cost of the faulty item, or
- a replacement of the same item (if in stock)
We do not offer exchange for a different item.
Additional Terms
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Replacements can only be issued if the item is in stock. If not, a refund will be issued.
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of approval.
- International orders: refunds only for faulty items (no international returns, exchanges or replacements).
- Refunds can only be issued back to the original payment method, or as store credit
- Sale items are not eligible for return or refund unless faulty.
- No items will be accepted for return without prior approval, by submitting via your customer account or by email hello@bexieaccessoryco.com.au
Shipping Protection
Shipping Protection can be purchased here.
If you do not purchase Shipping Protection, Bexie Accessory Co is not liable for loss or damage that occurs during transit after the order has been posted. In these cases, please contact Australia Post directly.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Bexie Accessory Co is not responsible for any loss or delivery issues resulting from an incorrect address supplied by the customer, even when Shipping Protection has been purchased.
