Unfortunately I am unable to offer shipping for homewares items outside of Australia. If you purchase homewares items for shipping outside of Australia, your order will be cancelled and refunded.

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available for Charters Towers residents. Select "Pick up" at checkout and send an email to arrange a suitable time.

Handling and processing:

This is the time it takes me to prepare your order, ready for post.

Order processing/packing time is currently 2-5 business days from the time you place your order unless otherwise stated (eg. custom/bespoke orders). In some instances delays may occur, and if this is the case I will make contact to inform you.

PLEASE NOTE: If you pay by Paypal eCheque (this is when you pay directly from your bank account via Paypal) your order will NOT be posted until payment has fully cleared. This can take up to 5 working days.

Please be aware that Express shipping is a postage method, and will not change my 2-5 day processing/packing time. All orders are sent via Australia Post and once posted, delays are out of my control.
